Goshalas linked to promotion of organic farming

“Goshalas in the country will be linked to the promotion of organic farming. ” — Promise in 2019 BJP Manifesto

An evaluation of the research information below indicates that:
There has been some progress made in the direction of the promise, but there is limited or no numerical evidence to indicate how many cow shelters are currently supporting organic farming or providing organic cow dung/urine as bio inputs or organic fertilisers.

It can therefore be concluded that:
The Government’s objectively verifiable performance is very low (10%). There is no evidence indicating that the government directed gaushalas to support organic farming or provided organic cow dung/urine as bio-inputs or organic fertilizers.
